Please read people. I simply don't understand what's wrong with NEA.
"
Formed on 1 July 2002, the National Environment Agency (NEA) is the leading public organization responsible for improving and sustaining a clean and green environment in Singapore. The NEA develops and spearheads environmental initiatives and programmes through its partnership with the People, Public and Private sectors. It is committed to motivating every individual to take up environmental ownership and to care for the environment as a way of life.
By protecting Singapore's resources from pollution, maintaining a high level of public health and providing timely meteorological information, the NEA endeavours to ensure sustainable development and a quality living environment for present and future generation."
This is what the NEA's website overview put. QUALITY LIVING ENVIRONMENT? For those "who are needy are referred to “relevant agencies” by the NEA for “appropriate assistance”." You think that will help? Living in Singapore is more than stressful enough because almost everyone here in Singapore have financial problems, expenses are way too high, those who sell tissue papers, do you think that if they have sufficient money, they will want to sell tissues? If it's isn't for themselves or their family, you think they will want to walk under the hot sun and such just to sell 3 packs of tissues at a dollar? Something wrong with the $120 licence fee. Look, most people selling tissues are handicapped, else they are really old. If they can get other jobs, they won't be selling tissues already please. Plus! Not every Singaporean are willing to donate money or buy tissues from them. Why? Most of them either don't have that spare $1 cash to spare, else they need money for something important. Either any of that, else, some of them are simply selfish.
"“If they ignore the warning, the NEA will take enforcement action against them, just as it does for other illegal hawkers,” it was quoted as saying.
The daily also reported that NEA has since 2012 taken action against 11 unlicensed tissue paper sellers. "
NEA, shame on you!

Making a big life change is pretty scary
But regret is much scarier.
If you don't go after what you want
You'll never have it.
If you don't ask
The answer is always no.
If you don't go forward
You're always in the same place.
The lesser you care
The happier you will be.
Keep shits to youself
In reality, no one give a fuck.
